A bearing manufacturer that runs its production through one system.
Turno Tech Auto Engg Pvt. Ltd. makes bearings, with production stages from forging and grinding to assembly. The ERP is used by its own team, so it is private and needs a sign-in.
What we built
One place to follow an order from purchase to dispatch.
We built the ERP as a custom WordPress plugin. It covers purchase orders, stock records, production planning, a screen for each manufacturing stage, dispatch and the vendor list, with search and CSV export on the list screens.

Purchase orders
Order raw materials from vendors, record partial deliveries and trace every batch back to its purchase order.

Stock records
Monitor stock levels, component series and quantities, filter by component type and export to CSV.

Production planning
Create production plans and move them through each manufacturing stage, for example with a Send to Forging button.

A screen for every stage
Forging, Annealing, Turning, Hardening, Grinding, Stock Ready and Assembly each have their own tab.

Dispatch
Record the dispatch of finished bearings directly from ready stock, with series, quantity, date and notes.

Vendors
A vendor list shows completed work, active work and the planning of each vendor, next to a Rejection Log tab.
